Summer Reading and Make Me Read It Sign Up and Voting

As you guys know I just love reading challenges. I have cut down on the number of readathons I participate in, but my challenges have pretty much remained the same. I'm always looking for more.

I was so excited to find the Virtual Adult Summer Reading Program. It is taken after the summer library reading program that we participated as a kid. This runs from June 20th (1st day of summer) to September 5th. Basically any book I read this summer counts for this challenge.

This readathon is such a great idea. It is from July July 9th-July 16th. We may be on vacation this week, so I don't know how much I will get read.I'm going to have you guys pick three books and I will try to read the top three. I typically read 1 book a week, but I'm going to really try to marathon during the week. I picked these books off my Goodreads TBR list and my Summer TBR list.

  3. The Summer I Turned Pretty, Since You've Been Gone, and Second Chance Summer for sure! ;-) They're all great summer reads and run much deeper than just a fluffy read.
I'm participating as well; if you'd like to vote on my post, you can see that here: https://abookwormsperfectapple.wordpress.com/2016/06/22/its-official-i-am-absolutely-insane/

  8. Hi Rachael:
I think you should read the romantic comedy, "Spooning Daisy". :-) But since that wasn't one of the choices :-( I think anything Irish is always good and How To Be Brave since that's important to know. Thanks for hosting us today!
